Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 has a global score of 62.7, which is much better than the Toshiba Excite 7.7's 54.2 score. These devices use the same Android 4.0 OS (Operating System). The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 design is noticeably thicker and a lot heavier than the Toshiba Excite 7.7. The Galaxy Tab 2 10.1's CPU is just as good as the CPU in Toshiba Excite 7.7, because although the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 has a lower number of cores, and they both have 1 GB of RAM, it also counts with an additional GPU.
Toshiba Excite 7.7 has a brighter screen than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, because although it has a really smaller display and a quite lower 720 x 1280 resolution, it also counts with a better pixel amount per display inch. Toshiba Excite 7.7 counts with a greater storage capacity for apps and games than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 32 GB internal memory.
The Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 features a much longer battery duration than Toshiba Excite 7.7. The Toshiba Excite 7.7 shoots much better pictures and videos than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, because it has a back camera with a lot higher 5 megapixels resolution.
Despite of being the best tablet between the ones we are comparing, the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 is also by far the cheapest.
