The Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD has a general score of 57.6, which is a little bit better than the Toshiba Excite 7.7's 54.2 global score. Both of these devices use Android OS (Operating System), but Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD has newer 6.0 Marshmallow version while Toshiba Excite 7.7 has Android 4.0 version, so it provides the user a lot of extra features. Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD's design is incredibly newer and lighter than Toshiba Excite 7.7's, although it's a little thicker.
