Toshiba AT200 is slightly better than Toshiba Excite 7, having a 50.5 score against 50.3. Toshiba AT200's body is incredibly thinner but a lot heavier than Toshiba Excite 7. These devices have Android OS (operating system), but the Toshiba AT200 has older 3.2 version and Toshiba Excite 7 has Android 4.2.2.
