Comparison review
The Acer Iconia W511 has an overall score of 59.5, which is a little bit better than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD's 57.6 score. The Acer Iconia W511 counts with Windows 8 Pro OS, while Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD counts with Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS. Even being the best tablet device in this review, the Acer Iconia W511 construction is thicker and incredibly heavier than the Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD.
The Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD features a little faster CPU than Acer Iconia W511, because it has more RAM memory and more processing cores. The Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD has just a bit better looking screen than Acer Iconia W511, because although it has a lot smaller display, it also counts with a lot higher count of pixels per inch of screen and a way higher resolution of 1200 x 1920px.
The Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD shoots greater pictures and videos than Acer Iconia W511. Both have the same resolution back camera. The Acer Iconia W511 counts with a much bigger memory capacity for applications and games than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, because although it has a slot for an external memory card that supports 64 GB smaller, it also counts with 64 GB internal storage capacity.
Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD features a very superior battery duration than Acer Iconia W511, because it has a 5100mAh battery size.
In addition to being the best tablet of the ones in this comparison, the Acer Iconia W511 is also by far the cheapest.
