Asus Fonepad 7 is just a bit better than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, with a score of 58.9 against 57.6. These tablets work with Android operating system, but the Asus Fonepad 7 has older 5.0 version and Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version. Asus Fonepad 7's body is much thicker but somewhat lighter than the Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD.

Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD counts with a really longer battery life than Asus Fonepad 7.
