Comparison review
Google Nexus 7 has a global score of 59.3, which is a bit better than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD's overall score of 57.6. These tablets work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Google Nexus 7 has older 5.1 version while Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version.
