Comparison review
The HTC Flyer is a little bit better than the Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, with a score of 58.7 against 57.6. Both of these devices have Android OS (operating system), but the HTC Flyer has the older 3.2 version and Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version. HTC Flyer is better than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, it must be told that it is also a lot older, incredibly thicker and somewhat heavier.
Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD counts with a bit sharper display than HTC Flyer, because it has a quite bigger display, a way better 1200 x 1920 resolution and a way better display density. The Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD has a bit better processing power than HTC Flyer, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, it also counts with a larger number of cores and a greater amount of RAM memory.
The Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD features a very superior camera than HTC Flyer, because it has a lot more megapixels back-facing camera and a lot higher video definition. The HTC Flyer has a little bit more memory capacity to install applications and games than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, because although it has a SD memory card expansion slot that allows 96 GB smaller, it also counts with 32 GB internal storage capacity.
Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD has longer battery performance than HTC Flyer, because it has a 28% more battery size.
HTC Flyer costs a bit more money than the Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, but it's still a convenient choice, because you can get a lot more features for that extra money.
