Comparison review

The Barnes & Noble Nook HD+ is a little bit better than the ViewSonic ViewPad E100, with a overall score of 42.3 against 38.7. Both devices in this review use the same Android 4.0 OS (operating system), so both of them should count with the same operating system features. Even though Barnes & Noble Nook HD+ and the ViewSonic ViewPad E100 were released only 7 months apart, Barnes & Noble Nook HD+'s body is a lot thicker but also lighter than the ViewSonic ViewPad E100.

The Barnes & Noble Nook HD+ has a way better screen than ViewSonic ViewPad E100, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a way better pixels density and a lot better resolution of 1280 x 1920 pixels. Barnes & Noble Nook HD+ counts with a better CPU than ViewSonic ViewPad E100, and although they both have the same RAM memory amount, the Barnes & Noble Nook HD+ also has an extra GPU and 1 more CPU cores.

ViewSonic ViewPad E100 counts with a lot better camera than Barnes & Noble Nook HD+. Barnes & Noble Nook HD+ has a much bigger storage capacity to install games and applications than ViewSonic ViewPad E100, because it has 16 GB internal storage. The ViewSonic ViewPad E100 features a very superior battery lifetime than Barnes & Noble Nook HD+.
