Comparison review
IPad Air is much better than Xiaomi Mi Pad 2, with a score of 77.9 against 65.7. IPad Air's construction is older, incredibly heavier and just a little bit thicker than Xiaomi Mi Pad 2. IPad Air counts with iOS 8.x operating system, and Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 works with Android operating system.
IPad Air has just a little better hardware performance than Xiaomi Mi Pad 2, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM and a lower number of cores and they are also slower, it also counts with an extra graphics co-processor and a 64-bit processor. The iPad Air has a little more vivid display than Xiaomi Mi Pad 2, because although it has a little worse count of pixels per inch of screen, and they both have the same exact resolution of 1536 x 2048 pixels, the iPad Air also counts with a bigger display.
IPad Air counts with a way bigger storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi Pad 2, because it has 128 GB internal storage capacity. IPad Air takes clearer photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi Pad 2, although it has a tinier aperture which is not good for low-light images and video, a camera with lot less mega-pixels and a lower 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition.
The Apple iPad Air has a very superior battery performance than Xiaomi Mi Pad 2, because it has 8820mAh of battery capacity instead of 6190mAh.
The iPad Air is more expensive than the Xiaomi Mi Pad 2, but you can get a better tablet for that extra dollars.
