The Alcatel Idol 4S with Windows counts with a much better memory to install games and applications than Galaxy J7 Max, because it has 64 GB internal storage and an external memory slot that holds a maximum of 512 GB.
Samsung Galaxy J7 Max features a little bit better processing power than Alcatel Idol 4S with Windows, and although they both have a 4 GB RAM memory, the Samsung Galaxy J7 Max also has a greater number of cores. Alcatel Idol 4S with Windows shoots better pictures and videos than Galaxy J7 Max, because although it has a way tinier camera aperture, it also counts with a much more MP back facing camera and a lot higher 3840x2160 video resolution.
Samsung Galaxy J7 Max features just a bit better battery performance than Alcatel Idol 4S with Windows, because it has a 10 percent larger battery size.
