The Samsung Infuse 4G has an overall score of 60, which is a bit better than the Alcatel OneTouch Idol's general score of 54.6. Both phones we are comparing here include Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Infuse 4G has an older 2.3.6 version while Alcatel OneTouch Idol has Android 4.1.1. Despite being the best we are comparing, it must be noted that it's also a way older, much heavier and somewhat thicker phone.
The Samsung Infuse 4G counts with a bit better display than Alcatel OneTouch Idol, although it has a bit smaller display, a bit lower resolution of 800 x 480px and a just a bit inferior pixel number per inch in the screen. Samsung Infuse 4G and Alcatel OneTouch Idol both count with incredibly similar storage capacity to install applications and games, they have the same 16 GB internal storage capacity and a SD extension slot that supports up to 32 GB.
The Alcatel OneTouch Idol and the Samsung Infuse 4G count with extremely similar processing units, and although the Samsung Infuse 4G has a lower amount of RAM and a lower number of cores , they both have a 200 MHz graphics co-processor. Alcatel OneTouch Idol counts with just a bit better battery life than Samsung Infuse 4G, because it has a 1800mAh battery size.
The Samsung Infuse 4G shoots better photographs and videos than Alcatel OneTouch Idol. Both of them have the same (HD) video definition, the same resolution back facing camera and the same video frame rate.
Despite of being the best phone between the ones we are comparing, the Samsung Infuse 4G is also by far the cheapest, which makes it a no doubt choice.
