Samsung Galaxy Note 5 is much better than the Apple iPhone 5, with a global score of 79.3 against 71.7. Samsung Galaxy Note 5 is a noticeably heavier phone than Apple iPhone 5, but they are equally thin. Samsung Galaxy Note 5 has Android 5.1 OS, and Apple iPhone 5 counts with iOS 7.x OS. Galaxy Note 5 has a little sharper display than Apple iPhone 5, because it has a really bigger display, a lot better 2560 x 1440 resolution and a lot greater count of pixels per inch of screen.
The iPhone 5 and the Galaxy Note 5 both have extremely similar storage to store more apps and games, both have equal 64 GB internal storage. Galaxy Note 5 has a little better processing power than Apple iPhone 5, because although it has 1 less cores , it also counts with more RAM memory. Samsung Galaxy Note 5 takes much better pictures and videos than Apple iPhone 5, because it has a lot higher video definition, a much better resolution camera in the back, a bigger camera sensor shooting higher quality pictures and a lot larger aperture for better captures and video in low-light environments.
Galaxy Note 5 features a much better battery lifetime than iPhone 5, because it has a 3000mAh battery size.
Although Galaxy Note 5 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the iPhone 5, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as iPhone 5. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can get the iPhone 5, and give up a few features and specs, but you'll get the most with your budget.
