Comparison review
The Galaxy A8 Star is a bit better than the iPhone 5s, getting an 82.1 score against 75.5. The Galaxy A8 Star comes with Android 9.0 Pie operating system, and iPhone 5s works with iOS 8.x operating system. Galaxy A8 Star's construction has the same thickness than iPhone 5s, but it is heavier. The Apple iPhone 5s features a brighter display than Galaxy A8 Star, although it has a lot lower resolution of 1136 x 640, a lot smaller screen and a quite worse quantity of pixels per inch of display.
IPhone 5s and Samsung Galaxy A8 Star both have incredibly similar processing units, because although the Samsung Galaxy A8 Star has doesn't have an extra graphics processor and a 32 bits CPU instead of 64-bits, it also counts with a greater number of cores and a higher amount of RAM. The Samsung Galaxy A8 Star features a much better camera than iPhone 5s, because it has a larger sensor taking more light and vivid colors, a much larger diafragm aperture to take better low light images, a way higher resolution back facing camera and a way higher (4K) video definition.
The Galaxy A8 Star has a lot bigger memory capacity to install games and applications than iPhone 5s, and although they both have the same internal storage capacity, the Galaxy A8 Star also has a slot for an external memory card that supports a maximum of 400 GB. The Galaxy A8 Star features a really longer battery duration than Apple iPhone 5s, because it has a 136% bigger battery capacity.
