The Galaxy Note Edge is a little bit better than Apple iPhone 5s, having a global score of 81.7 against 75.5. Galaxy Note Edge has Android 5.0 operating system, while Apple iPhone 5s comes with iOS 8.x operating system. Although the Galaxy Note Edge is newer than the Apple iPhone 5s, it's a little bit thicker and incredibly heavier.
Galaxy Note Edge has a bit sharper display than iPhone 5s, because it has a lot better number of pixels per inch of display, a really larger display and a much higher resolution of 2560 x 1440px. Galaxy Note Edge counts with a little faster processor than iPhone 5s, because although it has a 32-bit CPU instead of 64-bits and a weaker graphics processing unit running at 500 megahertz, it also counts with more CPU cores and 2 GB more RAM.
The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge features a little bit more memory to store more games and applications than Apple iPhone 5s, because although it has less internal storage capacity, it also counts with a SD card slot that admits up to 128 GB. Galaxy Note Edge features a much longer battery performance than iPhone 5s, because it has a 3000mAh battery capacity.
Samsung Galaxy Note Edge captures much better pictures and videos than iPhone 5s, and although they both have a same size aperture, the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge also has a back-facing camera with way more mega-pixels, a much better 3840x2160 video definition and a bigger camera sensor.
Although Galaxy Note Edge is a better device, it is way more expensive than the iPhone 5s, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as iPhone 5s. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy Galaxy Note Edge, otherwise you can save some dollars and get the iPhone 5s, resigning a couple specifications.
