IPhone 6s Plus is just a bit better than the iPhone 6 Plus, with a general score of 84.2 against 80.4. These phones use iOS OS (operating system), but the iPhone 6s Plus has the newer 9.x version and iPhone 6 Plus has iOS 8.x version, so it gives you lots of additional features and performance improvements. The iPhone 6s Plus body is newer, but just a little thicker and heavier than the iPhone 6 Plus.
IPhone 6s Plus and Apple iPhone 6 Plus have incredibly similar screens, both have the same display brightness, a greater number of pixels per inch in the display, a same size screen and exactly the same 1920 x 1080 resolution. The iPhone 6s Plus has a bit superior CPU than iPhone 6 Plus, and although they both have a 64-bits processor and a Dual-Core processor, the iPhone 6s Plus also has a greater amount of RAM and a better graphics processing unit.
IPhone 6s Plus has as much memory capacity for games and applications as Apple iPhone 6 Plus, both have equal 128 GB internal memory. The Apple iPhone 6 Plus has just a bit longer battery life than iPhone 6s Plus, because it has 2915mAh of battery capacity. The iPhone 6s Plus takes just a bit better photographs and videos than Apple iPhone 6 Plus, and although they both have a same size camera aperture and the same back camera sensor size, the iPhone 6s Plus also has a lot more mega pixels camera in the back and a way better video definition.
Although iPhone 6s Plus is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Apple iPhone 6 Plus, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Apple iPhone 6 Plus. If you are trying to save some money, you can get the Apple iPhone 6 Plus, and give up a few specs and features, but you'll get the most out of your savings.
