The iPhone 6s Plus has a global score of 84.2, which is a little bit better than the Apple iPhone 6 Plus's 80.4 score. Although iPhone 6s Plus is newer than Apple iPhone 6 Plus, it is just a bit thicker and heavier. Both of these phones use iOS OS (Operating System), but the iPhone 6s Plus has 9.x version while Apple iPhone 6 Plus has iOS 8.x version, so it gives a couple additional features and increased performance.
The Apple iPhone 6s Plus and iPhone 6 Plus both count with similar displays, both have the same pixel density, the same screen brightness, the same exact resolution of 1920 x 1080px and a screen with the same size.
