Comparison review
The iPhone 6 Plus is just a bit better than HTC U11, having an 80.4 score against 77.6. Despite of the fact the iPhone 6 Plus is much older and just a bit heavier than the HTC U11, it's design is still just a bit thinner. IPhone 6 Plus counts with a bit more vivid display than HTC U11, although it has a way worse 1920 x 1080px resolution and a quite lower screen pixels density, they both have a screen of the same size.
The Apple iPhone 6 Plus has a bit more memory capacity to install applications and games than HTC U11, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with more internal storage capacity. HTC U11 has a bit more powerful processor than iPhone 6 Plus, because although it has a 32-bits CPU instead of 64-bits and doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, it also counts with 3 GB more RAM and a greater number of cores.
The HTC U11 shoots better photos and videos than iPhone 6 Plus, because it has a camera with lot more mega pixels, a lot higher (4K) video quality, a larger sensor and a way larger aperture. The HTC U11 counts with a little longer battery lifetime than iPhone 6 Plus, because it has a 3000mAh battery capacity.
Although iPhone 6 Plus is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the HTC U11, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as HTC U11. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the iPhone 6 Plus, otherwise you can save some money and buy the HTC U11, letting go a couple features and specs.
