Comparison review
The Apple iPhone 8 Plus is much better than Huawei Mate 10, having an 87.1 score against 78.9. Although the Apple iPhone 8 Plus and Huawei Mate 10 were only released with a couple months difference, Apple iPhone 8 Plus's construction is a little bit thinner but just a bit heavier than Huawei Mate 10.
Huawei Mate 10 features a little sharper display than iPhone 8 Plus, because it has a little larger screen, a bit more brightness, a better 1440 x 2560 resolution and a quite higher display pixels density. The Apple iPhone 8 Plus counts with a little faster processor than Huawei Mate 10, because although it has 2 less CPU cores and lesser RAM memory, it also counts with a 64-bit processor.
IPhone 8 Plus counts with a much bigger storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Huawei Mate 10, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with more internal storage. The Apple iPhone 8 Plus shoots clearer photographs and videos than Huawei Mate 10, because although it has a smaller back camera sensor which offers a lower image and video quality and a tinier diafragm aperture which is not so good for low-light photos and videos, and they both have the same resolution back-facing camera and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Apple iPhone 8 Plus also counts with faster 60 fps video frame rates.
The Huawei Mate 10 counts with a really longer battery lifetime than Apple iPhone 8 Plus, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity against 2691mAh.
Although Apple iPhone 8 Plus is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Huawei Mate 10, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Huawei Mate 10. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy Apple iPhone 8 Plus, else you can save a couple dollars and buy the Huawei Mate 10, resigning a couple features and specifications.
