The Samsung Galaxy S6 has an overall score of 87.3, which is a little bit better than the Apple iPhone 8's 85 global score. The Samsung Galaxy S6 construction is just a little bit thinner and just a little lighter than the Apple iPhone 8, even though it was released many years before. Samsung Galaxy S6 has a processor that is very similar to Apple iPhone 8's processor, and although the Samsung Galaxy S6 has a greater number of cores (but slower), an additional GPU and more RAM, they both have a 64-bit processor.
Samsung Galaxy S6 counts with a much sharper display than iPhone 8, because it has a little bit larger display, a much higher resolution of 2560 x 1440px and a lot more pixels per screen inch. The Apple iPhone 8 features a lot bigger memory to store more apps and games than Galaxy S6, because it has 256 GB internal memory capacity.
The Galaxy S6 has a superior battery life than iPhone 8, because it has 2550mAh of battery capacity. The Apple iPhone 8 shoots slightly better pictures and videos than Galaxy S6, because although it has a worse (4K) video definition, a lot lower resolution back facing camera and a smaller sensor capturing less light and washed colors, it also counts with a larger aperture to capture better low-light photos.
