The Asus ROG Phone 5 is a bit better than the LG V30, having a score of 84.7 against 79.1. Asus ROG Phone 5's construction is incredibly newer than LG V30's, although it's heavier and much thicker. The Asus ROG Phone 5 features a bit more vivid screen than LG V30, because although it has a lot lower resolution of 1080 x 2448px and a much lower amount of pixels in each inch of display, it also counts with a little larger display.
LG V30 has a much greater memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Asus ROG Phone 5, because although it has just 64 GB internal memory, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that admits up to 1,95 TB. The Asus ROG Phone 5 features a bit more powerful processing unit than LG V30, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Asus ROG Phone 5 also has a larger amount of RAM memory.
The Asus ROG Phone 5 takes much clearer pictures and videos than LG V30, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not recommended for capturing photographs or video in low-light environments, it also counts with a much higher 7680x4320 video definition, a camera in the back with a way better 64 megapixels resolution and a way larger sensor which offers a lot higher image and video quality.
Asus ROG Phone 5 has a really longer battery life than LG V30, because it has a 6000mAh battery capacity instead of 3300mAh.
