Comparison review
The Asus ROG Phone 5s is slightly better than the Asus ZenFone 8, with a score of 84.9 against 83. Although Asus ROG Phone 5s is better than the Asus ZenFone 8, it must be told that it is also much heavier and somewhat thicker. These phones include Android OS (operating system), but the Asus ROG Phone 5s has newer 12 version and Asus ZenFone 8 has Android 11, providing the user lots of additional features and improved performance.
Asus ZenFone 8 counts with just a bit better screen than Asus ROG Phone 5s, because although it has less bright display, a little bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2400px and a little smaller screen, it also counts with a just a bit better pixels number per inch of screen. The Asus ROG Phone 5s features a little faster CPU than Asus ZenFone 8, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Asus ROG Phone 5s also has 2 GB more RAM memory.
The Asus ZenFone 8 has as much memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos as Asus ROG Phone 5s, both of them have equal 128 GB internal memory. The Asus ROG Phone 5s has a way better battery lifetime than Asus ZenFone 8, because it has a 50 percent more battery capacity. Asus ROG Phone 5s captures just a bit better pictures and videos than Asus ZenFone 8, and although they both have a F1.8 diafragm aperture, the same resolution back-facing camera, the same back-facing camera sensor size and the same video resolution, the Asus ROG Phone 5s also has higher 30 frames per second video frame rate.
