Asus ROG Phone 5s is better than the Nokia 9 PureView, getting an 84.9 score against 76.4. The Asus ROG Phone 5s construction is way newer than Nokia 9 PureView's, although it is a lot thicker and way heavier. Asus ROG Phone 5s features a bit sharper display than Nokia 9 PureView, because although it has a way worse 1080 x 2448 pixels resolution and way less pixels per inch of screen, it also counts with a little bit bigger screen.
