The Sony Xperia 1 VI has a global score of 83.2, which is just a bit better than the Asus ROG Phone 6 Pro's general score of 79.6. Sony Xperia 1 VI's design is lighter and incredibly thinner than Asus ROG Phone 6 Pro. Both phones in this review have Android OS, but Sony Xperia 1 VI has a newer 14 version while Asus ROG Phone 6 Pro has Android 12, so it gives you some nice extra features and a performance increase.
The Asus ROG Phone 6 Pro counts with a little faster processor than Xperia 1 VI, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Asus ROG Phone 6 Pro also has a greater amount of RAM memory. The Asus ROG Phone 6 Pro counts with a bit better display than Xperia 1 VI, although it has a lot lower 1080 x 2448px resolution, a much worse pixel density and a bit smaller screen.
Sony Xperia 1 VI counts with a little bit better storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Asus ROG Phone 6 Pro, because although it has less internal memory, it also counts with an external memory slot that allows up to 1 TB. The Asus ROG Phone 6 Pro features improved battery lifetime than Xperia 1 VI, because it has a 20% greater battery size.
The Xperia 1 VI counts with a very superior camera than Asus ROG Phone 6 Pro, although it has a less megapixels resolution back camera.
