Comparison review
Motorola Edge 40 Pro has an overall score of 83.4, which is just a bit better than Asus ROG Phone 6D's 79.8 general score. Even though the Motorola Edge 40 Pro and the Asus ROG Phone 6D were only released with a couple months difference, the Motorola Edge 40 Pro is lighter and somewhat thinner. Both devices in our current comparison work with Android OS (Operating System), but Motorola Edge 40 Pro has 13 version while Asus ROG Phone 6D has Android 12 version, so it offers some nice extra features and enhanced performance.
The Asus ROG Phone 6D features a little bit better processing power than Motorola Edge 40 Pro, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Asus ROG Phone 6D also has 4 GB more RAM. The Asus ROG Phone 6D counts with a little bit better looking display than Motorola Edge 40 Pro, and although they both have the same screen density, the Asus ROG Phone 6D also has a bit larger display, a bit brighter display and a bit higher 1080 x 2448 pixels resolution.
The Motorola Edge 40 Pro and Asus ROG Phone 6D both count with quite similar storage for games and applications, they have the same 256 GB internal storage capacity. Motorola Edge 40 Pro features a bit better camera than Asus ROG Phone 6D, and although they both have the same 7680x4320 video resolution and a 50 mega pixels resolution camera, the Motorola Edge 40 Pro also has a bigger aperture for better low-light photos and video, a larger camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors and higher 30 frames per second video frame rate.
