Asus ROG Phone 6D Ultimate has a score of 83.2, which is just a bit better than Huawei Mate 20's 79.5 global score. Both phones in this review work with Android OS (operating system), but the Asus ROG Phone 6D Ultimate has the older 12 version while Huawei Mate 20 has Android 9.0 Pie version. Although the Asus ROG Phone 6D Ultimate is noticeably newer than the Huawei Mate 20, it's somewhat thicker and heavier.
Asus ROG Phone 6D Ultimate counts with a bit sharper display than Huawei Mate 20, because it has a brighter screen, a quite better display density, a little bit higher 1080 x 2448 resolution and a little bit larger screen. The Asus ROG Phone 6D Ultimate counts with a much bigger memory capacity to store more apps and games than Huawei Mate 20, because it has 384 GB more internal storage.
Huawei Mate 20 has a lot better performance than Asus ROG Phone 6D Ultimate, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processor. The Asus ROG Phone 6D Ultimate counts with a much better battery duration than Huawei Mate 20, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity against 4000mAh.
Asus ROG Phone 6D Ultimate takes greater photos and videos than Huawei Mate 20, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not good for low light captures and video, it also counts with a much larger back camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors, a much better 7680x4320 video quality and a way higher 50 mega pixels resolution back facing camera.
