Asus ROG Phone 7 is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy A21, getting a general score of 81.2 against 76.1. These phones have Android OS, but Asus ROG Phone 7 has 13 version while Samsung Galaxy A21 has Android 10, so it counts with lots of additional features and optimized performance. Even though the Asus ROG Phone 7 is extremely newer than Samsung Galaxy A21, it is a lot thicker and heavier.
The Galaxy A21 features a much better performance than Asus ROG Phone 7, although it has 13 GB lesser RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores.
