The Galaxy M30 has a score of 82.4, which is slightly better than Asus ROG Phone 7's 81.2 overall score. Even though Galaxy M30 is way older than the Asus ROG Phone 7, it's construction is somewhat thinner and lighter. Both phones in this review use Android OS, but Galaxy M30 has the newer 9.0 Pie version and Asus ROG Phone 7 has Android 13, so it gives you some additional features and a performance increase.
The Galaxy M30 counts with a much more powerful processor than Asus ROG Phone 7, although it has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processor. The Samsung Galaxy M30 has a little sharper screen than Asus ROG Phone 7, although it has a bit lower screen density, a quite smaller screen and a way lower resolution of 1080 x 2280px.
The Asus ROG Phone 7 counts with a greater camera than Samsung Galaxy M30, because it has a lot larger back-facing camera sensor capturing lot better quality photos, a lot more MP back facing camera and a much better video quality. The Asus ROG Phone 7 counts with a superior memory capacity to store more games and applications than Galaxy M30, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with 512 GB internal storage.
Asus ROG Phone 7 features better battery performance than Galaxy M30, because it has a 6000mAh battery size against 5000mAh.
