Samsung Epic 4G Touch is just a bit better than Asus ZenFone 5, getting a 60.8 score against 56.9. The Samsung Epic 4G Touch design is a little bit lighter and just a bit thinner than Asus ZenFone 5, despite of the fact that it was released many years before. These phones have Android operating system, but the Samsung Epic 4G Touch has an older 4.1.2 version and Asus ZenFone 5 has Android 4.4.
The Asus ZenFone 5 features just a bit better display than Samsung Epic 4G Touch, because it has a much better 1280 x 720 pixels resolution, a little larger screen and a greater pixel density. Samsung Epic 4G Touch counts with a greater storage capacity to install applications and games than Asus ZenFone 5, because although it has a SD memory card expansion slot that admits 32 GB smaller, it also counts with 16 GB internal memory.
The Asus ZenFone 5 has a bit better processing power than Samsung Epic 4G Touch. They have the same RAM amount and a Dual-Core processor. The Asus ZenFone 5 counts with just a bit longer battery life than Samsung Epic 4G Touch, because it has 2110mAh of battery capacity instead of 1800mAh. The Asus ZenFone 5 shoots just a bit better videos and photos than Samsung Epic 4G Touch. Both of them have the same video frame rates, the same resolution camera in the back and the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition.
