Comparison review
Huawei Mate X2 is a lot better than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1), with a overall score of 89.1 against 73.1. Both phones in this comparison review come with Android operating system, but the Huawei Mate X2 has older 10 version while Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1) has Android 9.0 Pie version. The Huawei Mate X2 design is way newer and just a little bit thinner, but also a lot heavier than the Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1).
The Huawei Mate X2 features a superior hardware performance than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1), and although they both have the same number of cores, the Huawei Mate X2 also has a larger amount of RAM memory. Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1) has a little sharper display than Huawei Mate X2, although it has a little bit worse count of pixels per inch in the screen, a way smaller display and a way worse 1080 x 2160 resolution.
Huawei Mate X2 has a much better camera than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1), and although they both have the same (4K) video resolution, the Huawei Mate X2 also has a camera in the back with lot more megapixels, a larger aperture and faster 30 fps video frame rate. The Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1) has more memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Huawei Mate X2, because although it has 0 less internal storage capacity, it also counts with an external memory card slot that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB.
The Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1) features a little longer battery lifetime than Huawei Mate X2, because it has a 5000mAh battery size.
Although Huawei Mate X2 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1), and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1). So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the Huawei Mate X2, otherwise you can save some dollars and get the Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1), resigning a couple features and specifications.
