Comparison review

The Galaxy Z Fold 2 is way better than the Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1), getting a 94.6 score against 73.1. Galaxy Z Fold 2 is a newer and thinner cellphone than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1), but it is also way heavier. Both phones in our current comparison have Android operating system, but Galaxy Z Fold 2 has the older 11 version and Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1) has Android 9.0 Pie.

The Galaxy Z Fold 2 counts with a better performance than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1), and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy Z Fold 2 also has 8 GB more RAM memory. Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1) features a little sharper screen than Galaxy Z Fold 2, because although it has a lot lower 1080 x 2160px resolution and a way smaller screen, it also counts with a just a bit better pixels density.

The Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1) features a greater storage to store more games and applications than Galaxy Z Fold 2, because although it has only 64 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with a SD extension slot that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB. Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1) features a little longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2, because it has a 5000mAh battery size.

The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 captures much better videos and photos than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1), because although it has a worse video quality and a worse 12 mega-pixels resolution back-facing camera, it also counts with a bigger aperture for better photography and video in low light environments.

Although Galaxy Z Fold 2 is a better device, it costs a lot more than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1), and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1). So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy the Galaxy Z Fold 2, else you can save some dollars and buy the Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1), resigning a couple features and specs.
