Xperia 5 III has an overall score of 90.5, which is much better than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1)'s overall score of 73.1. The Xperia 5 III is a way newer phone, and it's also just a bit thinner and a little lighter than the Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1). These phones have Android OS, but Xperia 5 III has an older 11 version while Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1) has Android 9.0 Pie version.
