HTC ThunderBolt is a bit better than BlackBerry Torch 9850, getting a 55.9 score against 51.4. The HTC ThunderBolt counts with Android 4.0 operating system, while BlackBerry Torch 9850 comes with BlackBerry 7.1 operating system. Despite being the best phone in this review, the HTC ThunderBolt body is noticeably heavier and thicker than the BlackBerry Torch 9850.
BlackBerry Torch 9850 counts with a more vivid screen than HTC ThunderBolt, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, and they both have exactly the same 800 x 480 resolution, the BlackBerry Torch 9850 also counts with a little higher pixel amount in each inch of screen. BlackBerry Torch 9850 counts with a bit better performance than HTC ThunderBolt, although it has doesn't have an extra graphics co-processor, they both have a Single-Core processor and the same RAM amount.
HTC ThunderBolt takes a bit better photographs and videos than BlackBerry Torch 9850, and although they both have the same video quality and the same video frame rate, the HTC ThunderBolt also has a much more megapixels back camera. HTC ThunderBolt features a very superior storage capacity to install applications and games than BlackBerry Torch 9850, and although they both have a slot for external memory cards that admits up to 32 GB, the HTC ThunderBolt also has 8 GB internal memory capacity.
The HTC ThunderBolt counts with a bit longer battery lifetime than BlackBerry Torch 9850, because it has 1400mAh of battery capacity.
Despite of being the best phone of the ones we compare here, the HTC ThunderBolt is also by far the cheapest one.
