Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition is a lot better than Blackview Oscal Tiger 12, with a global score of 87.4 against 71.5. Both of these phones include Android OS (Operating System), but the Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition has 10 version while Blackview Oscal Tiger 12 has Android 13 version.
