Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition is a lot better than Blackview Oscal Tiger 12, having a 91.1 score against 71.5. These phones use Android OS, but the Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition has a newer 14 version while Blackview Oscal Tiger 12 has Android 13, giving you a couple additional features and performance improvements.
