Xiaomi Mi Note 2 is just a bit better than the Blackview Oscal Tiger 12, having a general score of 76 against 71.5. The Xiaomi Mi Note 2 is a just a little thinner and lighter phone than the Blackview Oscal Tiger 12. Both of these devices work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Xiaomi Mi Note 2 has newer 6.0 Marshmallow version and Blackview Oscal Tiger 12 has Android 13.
