HTC Surround is a bit better than the BLU Neo 4.5, getting a 53.3 score against 48.5. The HTC Surround has Windows Phone 7.5 Mango OS, and BLU Neo 4.5 counts with Android 4.2 OS. The HTC Surround construction is thicker and heavier than BLU Neo 4.5. BLU Neo 4.5 counts with just a bit better screen than HTC Surround, because although it has a little bit less pixels per display inch, it also counts with a larger display and a little bit higher resolution of 854 x 480.
The HTC Surround counts with a bigger memory for applications, games, photos and videos than BLU Neo 4.5, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with more internal storage capacity. The BLU Neo 4.5 counts with just a bit better hardware performance than HTC Surround, because it has a better graphics processing unit, a greater number of cores and a greater amount of RAM memory.
