The LG V50 ThinQ is way better than BLU Neo 4.5, getting a general score of 83.7 against 48.5. LG V50 ThinQ's construction is way heavier but somewhat thinner than BLU Neo 4.5. Both of these devices work with Android OS (Operating System), but LG V50 ThinQ has newer 10 version while BLU Neo 4.5 has Android 4.2 version.
