The Panasonic ELUGA has an overall score of 53.8, which is just a bit better than the Celkon Q3000's 49.1 global score. The Panasonic ELUGA body is extremely lighter and much thinner than the Celkon Q3000. Both of these phones use Android operating system, but the Panasonic ELUGA has the older 2.3.5 version while Celkon Q3000 has Android 4.4.2.
