Comparison review
HTC Desire S has an overall score of 52.2, which is just a bit better than the Dell Streak's 47.5 general score. Both of these phones come with Android OS, but HTC Desire S has 2.3.5 version and Dell Streak has Android 2.3 version. HTC Desire S's design is thicker but a lot lighter than Dell Streak, and both were released only a couple of months apart.
The HTC Desire S counts with a little more vivid screen than Dell Streak, because although it has a way smaller screen, and they both have an equal 800 x 480px resolution, the HTC Desire S also counts with a better pixels number per display inch. HTC Desire S has a little bit better hardware performance than Dell Streak, and although they both have the same number of cores, the HTC Desire S also has a greater amount of RAM memory and a much better 245 megahertz GPU.
The Dell Streak counts with a better camera than HTC Desire S. Both have a same resolution back facing camera, the same video frame rates and the same 1280x720 video definition. HTC Desire S counts with a much bigger storage for apps and games than Dell Streak, although it has no SD memory slot. Dell Streak features just a bit longer battery lifetime than HTC Desire S, because it has 1530mAh of battery capacity instead of 1450mAh.
The HTC Desire S is not only the best phones in this comparison, but it's also a lot cheaper, which makes it very easy to pick between these phones.
