Comparison review
Sony Xperia XZ2 has a score of 79.1, which is a little bit better than the Fairphone 5's 75.5 general score. The Sony Xperia XZ2 is an a lot older and somewhat thicker phone than the Fairphone 5, but Sony managed to make it a bit lighter anyway. The Fairphone 5 counts with a bit better looking display than Xperia XZ2, because it has a little bit brighter screen, a little bit bigger display, a just a little better amount of pixels in each inch of screen and a higher resolution of 1224 x 2700 pixels.
The Fairphone 5 features a bigger storage to install games and applications than Xperia XZ2, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with more internal storage capacity. The Fairphone 5 features a little better hardware performance than Sony Xperia XZ2, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Fairphone 5 also has a greater amount of RAM memory.
Fairphone 5 has superior battery performance than Xperia XZ2, because it has 4200mAh of battery capacity instead of 3180mAh. The Sony Xperia XZ2 takes better photos and videos than Fairphone 5, although it has a lot tinier sensor which provides a lot worse image and video quality, a tinier diafragm aperture and a back camera with way less mega-pixels.
