Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi 5s is a bit better than the Fairphone 5, with a score of 76.4 against 75.5. These phones work with Android OS, but the Xiaomi Mi 5s has 6.0 Marshmallow version while Fairphone 5 has Android 13 version. Despite of the fact that the Xiaomi Mi 5s is older than Fairphone 5, it's construction is way lighter and thinner.
The Fairphone 5 counts with just a bit better looking display than Xiaomi Mi 5s, because it has a quite greater number of pixels in each inch in the display, more brightness, a bigger display and a higher resolution of 1224 x 2700. The Fairphone 5 features a much greater storage to install games and applications than Xiaomi Mi 5s, because it has 256 GB internal memory.
The Fairphone 5 has a bit more powerful processing unit than Xiaomi Mi 5s, because it has 4 GB more RAM and a larger number of cores. Xiaomi Mi 5s has a slightly better camera than Fairphone 5, although it has a tinier aperture which is not so good for low-light images, a way tinier back camera sensor taking less light and washed colors and a back-facing camera with a lot lower resolution.
