IPhone 6s has a general score of 83, which is better than Google Nexus 5X's 73.7 overall score. Even though iPhone 6s and the Google Nexus 5X were only released with a couple months difference, iPhone 6s's design is a little heavier but also just a bit thinner. The iPhone 6s features a faster CPU than Google Nexus 5X, because although it has an inferior number of cores , and they both have a 2 GB RAM memory, the iPhone 6s also counts with an extra graphics processing unit and a 64-bit processor.
The Apple iPhone 6s features a slightly better looking screen than Google Nexus 5X, although it has a little smaller screen, a way lower resolution of 1334 x 750 pixels and a little lower pixels density. Google Nexus 5X captures clearer photos and videos than iPhone 6s, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and the same 30 fps video frame rate, the Google Nexus 5X also has a higher 12.3 megapixels resolution camera, a bigger aperture and a much bigger camera sensor capturing much higher quality videos and pictures.
IPhone 6s has a much better storage capacity for games and applications than Google Nexus 5X, because it has more internal memory. Google Nexus 5X counts with a much longer battery lifetime than Apple iPhone 6s, because it has a 57% larger battery size.
Apple iPhone 6s costs more money than Google Nexus 5X, but you can get a better phone for that extra money.
