Moto G8 Plus is a bit better than the Google Nexus 5X, with a general score of 77.6 against 73.7. Although the Moto G8 Plus is a lot newer than the Google Nexus 5X, it is noticeably heavier and thicker. Motorola Moto G8 Plus counts with just a little better hardware performance than Google Nexus 5X, because it has more processing cores and a higher amount of RAM memory.
Google Nexus 5X features a bit more vivid display than Moto G8 Plus, because although it has a quite lower 1080 x 1920 resolution and a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a little more pixels per inch of display. Moto G8 Plus shoots much clearer photographs and videos than Google Nexus 5X, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and the same 30 fps video frame rates, the Moto G8 Plus also has a larger camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors, a larger aperture to capture better photos and video in low-light environments and a lot higher 48 mega pixels resolution back camera.
The Moto G8 Plus features a much better storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Google Nexus 5X, because it has 64 GB internal memory capacity and an external memory slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB. Moto G8 Plus counts with a way better battery life than Google Nexus 5X, because it has a 4000mAh battery size.
