IPhone 8 is just a bit better than the Google Nexus 6P, having a global score of 85 against 80.3. IPhone 8's construction has the same thickness than Google Nexus 6P, but it's lighter. The iPhone 8 features a better hardware performance than Google Nexus 6P, because although it has 2 lesser cores (although they are faster) and a smaller amount of RAM, it also counts with a 64-bits CPU.
The Google Nexus 6P has a little bit better display than iPhone 8, because it has a much higher 1440 x 2560 resolution, a bigger screen and much more pixels per inch in the display. IPhone 8 shoots just a bit better photographs and videos than Google Nexus 6P, because although it has a back camera with less megapixels, a worse 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and a lot smaller camera sensor taking lot lower quality photos, it also counts with a bigger camera aperture for better low light photography and videos.
IPhone 8 has a superior storage capacity for apps and games than Google Nexus 6P, because it has 128 GB more internal storage. Google Nexus 6P counts with a really longer battery lifetime than iPhone 8, because it has an 89% bigger battery capacity.
Apple iPhone 8 costs more than Google Nexus 6P, but you can get a better phone for that extra dollars.
