The Google Pixel XL has a score of 81.3, which is slightly better than the Google Nexus 6P's 80.3 global score. The Google Pixel XL is a newer and just a little lighter cellphone than Google Nexus 6P, although it's somewhat thicker. Google Pixel XL counts with a screen that's very similar to the display in Google Nexus 6P, because although the Google Pixel XL has a bit smaller display, and they both have the same exact resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels, it also counts with a little bit higher pixels count per inch of display.
The Google Pixel XL and Google Nexus 6P count with similar storage capacity for apps and games, both have equal 128 GB internal memory. Google Nexus 6P counts with a bit better CPU than Google Pixel XL, because although it has lesser RAM memory, it also counts with 4 more CPU cores (although they are slower).
Google Pixel XL's battery life is very similar to the battery lifetime in Google Nexus 6P. Google Nexus 6P shoots clearer photographs and videos than Google Pixel XL. Both of them have a 12.3 MP back facing camera, a same size sensor, the same 3840x2160 video definition, the same video frame rate and a same size camera aperture.
Although Google Pixel XL is a better device, it is more expensive than Google Nexus 6P, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Google Nexus 6P. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Google Pixel XL, but if you don't you can save some dollars and get the Google Nexus 6P, letting go some specs and features.
