The LG Velvet is a little bit better than the Google Nexus 6P, with a score of 87.1 against 79.6. Although LG Velvet is a lot newer than the Google Nexus 6P, it's a little bit thicker and a bit heavier. Google Nexus 6P counts with a brighter screen than LG Velvet, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a better amount of pixels per screen inch and a little higher resolution of 2560 x 1440px.
LG Velvet features a faster processing unit than Google Nexus 6P, because it has 3 GB more RAM and more cores.
