Google Pixel 2 has a general score of 81.6, which is slightly better than the Galaxy S6 edge+'s 79.3 global score. Google Pixel 2's construction is incredibly newer and a bit lighter, but also thicker than Galaxy S6 edge+. Galaxy S6 edge+ features a sharper display than Google Pixel 2, because it has a bit more pixels per inch in the display, a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440 and a little bit bigger display.
The Google Pixel 2 counts with just a little better performance than Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, and although they both have 4 GB of RAM memory, the Google Pixel 2 also has a greater number of cores. Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ has just a bit better camera than Google Pixel 2, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not favorable for taking photos and video in low-light environments, and they both have a same size sensor, the same 30 fps video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ also counts with a back-facing camera with much more mega-pixels.
