The Google Pixel 2 is slightly better than the Xiaomi Mi 5s, getting an 81.6 score against 76.4. Google Pixel 2's body is newer, a bit lighter and a bit thinner than Xiaomi Mi 5s. The Xiaomi Mi 5s features just a bit better looking display than Google Pixel 2, because although it has a bit worse amount of pixels per screen inch, and they both have exactly the same 1080 x 1920 resolution, the Xiaomi Mi 5s also counts with a quite bigger display.
Xiaomi Mi 5s's storage capacity to install games and applications is very similar to Google Pixel 2's one, they have the same internal memory. Google Pixel 2 counts with just a little better performance than Xiaomi Mi 5s, and although they both have 4 GB of RAM, the Google Pixel 2 also has more processing cores.
The Xiaomi Mi 5s has greater battery life than Google Pixel 2, because it has 3200mAh of battery capacity instead of 2700mAh. The Google Pixel 2 captures slightly better videos and photos than Xiaomi Mi 5s, because although it has a smaller back-facing camera sensor which gives a lower image and video quality, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same video resolution, the Google Pixel 2 also counts with a bigger aperture and a back-facing camera with a better 12.2 mega pixels resolution.
In addition to being the best phone in this comparison, the Google Pixel 2 is also very cheap compared to the other ones, which makes it a no doubt choice.
