The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is way better than the Google Pixel 3 XL, getting a global score of 98 against 80.7. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G's construction is newer than the Google Pixel 3 XL's, although it is somewhat heavier and thicker. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G and Google Pixel 3 XL have incredibly similar displays, because although the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a bit less pixels per inch of display, it also counts with a slightly better resolution of 1440 x 3200px and a little bigger display.

So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, else you can save some money and buy the Google Pixel 3 XL, letting go some specs and features.
