The Google Pixel XL is a little bit better than the Xperia XZ3, having an 81.3 score against 79.6. Although Google Pixel XL is older than the Xperia XZ3, it's design is somewhat lighter and somewhat thinner. The Sony Xperia XZ3 counts with a little bit better looking display than Google Pixel XL, because it has a little bigger screen, a slightly higher resolution of 1440 x 2880 pixels and a little bit more pixels per inch of screen.

Xperia XZ3 features just a bit better hardware performance than Google Pixel XL, and although they both have 4 GB of RAM memory, the Xperia XZ3 also has a larger number of faster cores.
